Welcome to MariAngel’s Cleaning LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://mariangelscleaning.com/ and the cleaning services we provide. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MariAngel’s Cleaning LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
Our services and website are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this website or booking a service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
All quotes provided via our website or phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the description provided or if additional tasks are requested upon arrival.
By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our lead forms, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages (SMS) from MariAngel’s Cleaning LLC. This includes communications regarding quotes, appointment reminders, arrival notifications, and occasional promotional offers.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service schedule. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment via phone call or text message. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service value, which will be charged immediately or added to the next scheduled cleaning. In the event that our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply. Exceptions for illness may be granted at the sole discretion of MariAngel’s Cleaning LLC.
The customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time via key, entry code, or by being present. If we cannot enter the home, the “Lock-out” policy mentioned in Section 5 will apply.
The customer must ensure that electricity and running water (hot and cold) are available at the time of service. Please ensure that any pets are secured and that any biohazards are disclosed prior to cleaning. We recommend that highly valuable, fragile, or sentimental items be put away before the cleaning team arrives.
MariAngel’s Cleaning LLC is bonded and insured. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion. We are not responsible for damage caused by “wear and tear,” improperly installed items (e.g., loose towel racks, heavy mirrors not properly anchored), or pre-existing damage.
Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon during the booking process. We accept several payment methods for your convenience, including Cash, Credit or Debit Cards, Zelle and Checks. Please note that late payments may incur a late fee to cover administrative costs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
